How do I start up the service?
​
It's easy to start up service. In most instances, all it takes is a phone call and about two minutes later... you're ready to go. Everything can be done over the phone even paying for your service in advance. You can also book in online.
Can I leave my dog in the yard?
Yes, unless you know your dog is a ruthless man eater. (We'll be sure to send a woman) Most of the time the only problem we have with dogs is that they want to be patted and jump up on us. We love dogs or we wouldnt be in this business. However, there are some cases when a dog will not let us in the yard.

How do I pay?
Signing up online requires you to pay with paypal. If you prefer we also use Ezypay. Ezypay takes care of all our service payments. You may choose to pay with either your bank account or credit card on a weekly or fortnightly basis. It is 100% safe & secure & takes the hassle out of remembering to pay your account. Ask us for details.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

It is very important to us and our business to have satisfied customers. We promise to do our best job possible, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, let us know immediately. We will be happy to re-clean your yard that day or no later than the next day (weather permitting).
Our guarantee only applies if the condition of the yard is kept in an orderly fashion. If you let your grass grow more than 4" tall, we will not be able to see the dog waste and guarantee our work. If you have an accumulation of debris, such as trash, leaves, rocks, sticks, etc..., we will not be able to guarantee our work. Please keep your yards manicured.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. Most people work during the day and find it difficult to arrange a time to be home. However, if you want to be there the first day, for whatever reason, we can arrange a time to meet you and your dog. Just let us know!

Do I have to sign a contract?
​
No, if you need to cancel service for the up coming week, all we ask is that you call at least a day in advance of the service. There are no contracts or ongoing obligation to keep your service.
